TRANSA produces Hot Break and Cold Break tomato powder using two different technologies: “Spray drying” and “Belt drying”.
Due to the fact that the tomato powder is very hygroscopic, 1 % of silicon dioxide (anti-caking) is added.
However, the silicon dioxide does not have to be added (on the request of the customer), obtaining in this case 100 % natural tomato powder.
The available formats are 20 or 25 net kgs. box or 450, 500, 600 or 1.000 net kgs. big-bags.
